This Refund Policy, hereinafter - the Policy, has been elaborated by Digital Exchange Corp LLC, identification number: 412761916, hereinafter - the Company, with the aim to provide you with information about refunding when making a purchase of crypto currency on the online platform of the Company.

Due to the nature of the crypto currency market, all purchases of crypto currency done with any payment method are final.

The Company does not accept any returns or provide refunds for your purchase of crypto currency, unless otherwise stated herein.

In the event the exchange of crypto currency to fiat currency or crypto currency - to crypto currency is not processed because of any technical issues, the Company after the examination of the situation may refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of completing the original funding. Requests should be sent to [email protected].

All refund requests will be processed using the same payment method as the original funding within 3 days after the Company states that such request is eligible.

The Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of Georgia.

Any notice or other communication given under this Policy shall be in writing in English and in the form of electronic communication to the email address.

Company has the right to make amendments, add or remove parts of this Policy at any time and at its sole discretion.
